The 19 annual NEAT EV rally was held in October 2015 at the NCCAR facility in Roanoke Rapids, NC. There were seven schools represented and over 100 attendees at the Engineering and Technology Electric Vehicle event. Students spent the weekend in informational seminars, competing in the ‘pit crew” event, riding in electric vehicles, building STEMcycles, and testing EV’s on the autocross track. Exciting times for all and an amazing weekend for students, teachers and volunteers to experience how STEM and EV’s are great motivators.
